IT,isplay of license. <br /> The license for the aggregate of coin-operated amusement de- <br /> vices licensed hereunder shall be posted in a conspicuous place on <br /> the premises under the direct or indirect control of the licensee, <br /> upon which they are located, as required by section 13-12 of the <br /> Arden Hills Code. (Ord. No. 224, § 4, 5-10-82) <br /> Sec. 412. Truants; hours of operation by minors. <br /> No truant from school shall operate a coin-operated amuse- <br /> ment device, and no minor under the age of sixteen (16) years <br /> shall operate such device on any night of the week after the hour <br /> of 9:30 p.m., unless he is accompanied by a parent or guardian. <br /> . No person in charge of the premises where the device is located <br /> shall permit it to be played or used in violation of the provisions <br /> of this section. (Ord. No. 224, § 4, 5-10-82; Ord. No person or entity licensed to sell intoxicating liquor at retail <br /> shall be subject to comply with the provisions of sections 4-6, 4-9, ! <br /> 4-10, or all of section 4-8 except the first sentence thereof. Sec- " <br /> tions 4-4, 4-5, 4-7, 4-11, 4-12 and 4-14 and the f"irst sentence of <br /> section 4-8 shall, however, be applicable to such licensee.
