The s¢cond paragraph of <br /> Section 10, Ordinance No. 76, relating <br /> to non-conforming signs or billboards, is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows ; <br /> No further perznits or licenses shall <br /> be granted far such non-conforming <br /> signs or billboards after the 31st <br /> day of December, 1964, and all such <br /> non conforming signs or billboards <br /> must be removed or conformed by <br /> the owner of the premises wpon <br /> which such signs are situated by said <br /> date. <br /> Section 2. Except as herein amended, <br /> and subject to prio,r amendmentsthere- <br /> of, said Ordinance is in all things con- <br /> firmed and ratified. <br /> Section S.
