In the event the dog i.s n.ot redeemed wit,hin five (5) <br /> days after the giving of such noti(;e a or within five (5) d.ays after <br /> the date of piekupg if the dog is not licensed by the Village, then <br /> the dog may be dispo se d of in the manner provi ded by Statute. <br /> <br /> .
