Amendment ta Definition of "Domestic Animals" in <br /> Section II.D.(8) of A endix A-Zoning of Arden Hills Code. <br /> Section II.D.(8) of Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden Hills Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "(8) Animals, domestic. Common household <br /> pets, such as dogs and cats, other animals kept for <br /> amusement, companianship, decorati.on, or interest. <br /> Animals which are normally wild, such as wolves, <br /> tigers and poisonous snakes, shall not be <br /> considered domestic animals." <br /> 2. Amendment to Definitian of "Farm Animals" in Section <br /> II.D.(9) of Appendix A-Zoning of Arden Hills Code. Section <br /> II.D.(9) of Appendix A-Zaning o€ the Arden Hills Code is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "(9) Animals, farm. Animals traditianally <br /> kept ar raised on a farm for the purpase of <br /> providing food or products for sale or use, such as <br /> cattle, horses, goats, sheep, swine, fawl, bees, <br /> and animals raised far fur." <br /> 3. Amendment ta Definition of "Building Height" in <br /> Section II.D.(23) of Appendix A-Zoning of Arden Hills Code. <br /> Section II.D.(23) of Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden Hi11s Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(23) Building height. The vertical distance <br /> from the average elevation of the grade along a <br /> face of a building to the highest point of the roof <br /> surface of flat roofs, the deck line of mansard <br /> roofs, or the average height between the eaves and <br /> highest ridge of gable, hig, or gambrel roofs. The <br /> hefght of a stepped or terraced building shall be <br /> the height of the tallest segment af the building." <br />
