The agplicant for a germit <br /> shall submit the fallawing infortnation: <br /> <br /> (a) A legal deseription, plat, ar survey <br /> of property to be alterea. <br /> (b) A statement af purpose for the <br /> filling or excavation. <br /> <br /> (c) A plan identifying the areas of the <br /> site to be altered, the estimated . <br /> quantity of material to be moved, the <br /> degree of grade adjustment, the <br /> proposed finished grade, the existing <br /> and proposed drainage pattern, and <br /> proposed erasion eontrol measures. A <br /> complete grading glan may be required <br /> if considered necessary to the <br /> evaluation of the request. <br /> (d) A list of local streets to be used to <br /> transport the materials. <br /> (6) Review Procedure. The permit application <br /> shall be reviewed by the City Engineer and <br /> other members of the administrative staff <br /> to determine the impact of the proposed <br /> operations upon drainage patterns, <br /> adjacent properties, wetlands, and bodies <br /> of water. The permit may be approved as <br /> submitted, approved"with modifications, ar <br /> rejected because of specifically stated <br /> adverse impacts. If denied, the applicant <br /> may appeal the administrative decision to <br /> the City Council within 10 days." <br /> 27. Amendment to Definition Provision in Section 8-2 of <br /> Arden Hills Code by Changing Definition af "Land Reclamation" and <br /> Adding Definition of "Mining". Section 8-2 of the Arden Hills <br /> Code, which is in Chapter 8(entitled "Excavations") thereof, is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Sec. 8-2. Definitions.-. <br /> For the gurposes of this chagter, the followiag <br /> terms shall be given the followiag meanings: <br /> (a) Land reclamation.
