Motor vehicle sales, motor vehicle leasing <br /> and rentals, and repair garages are not included in <br /> this definition of retail sales:" <br /> 12. Addition of Definitioris of "Miscellaneaus Tower", <br /> "Manufactured Home" and "Multiple-Occupancy Structure° to Section <br /> II.D. of Appendix A-Zoning of Arden Hills Code. Section Ii.D. of <br /> Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden Hills Code is herehy amended by <br /> adding thereto the following new definitions: <br /> "(147) Miscellaneous tower. A tower struc- <br /> ture, and the equipment attached thereto, used for <br /> purposes other than transmission, reZayF or <br /> emission of electronic waves; including, but not <br /> limited to a freestanding TV and radio receiving <br /> antenna, an electronic receiving dish exceeding 30 <br /> inches in diameter, a windmill, and a wind power <br /> generator. <br /> (148) Manufactured home. A structure, <br /> transportable in one or more sections, which in the <br /> traveling mode is eight feet or more in width or 40 <br /> body feet or more in length, or, when erected on <br /> site, is 320 or more square feet, and which is <br /> built on a permanent chassis and designed to be <br /> used as a dwelling with or without a germanent <br /> foundation when connected to the required utili- <br /> ties, and includes the plumbing, heating, air- <br /> conditioning, and electrical system contained <br /> therein; except that the term includes any <br /> structure which meets all the requirements and with <br /> respect to which the manufacturer fiies a <br /> certification required by the Secretary of the U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Develogment and <br /> complies with the standards of the Manufactnred <br /> Home Building Code as•defined in M.S. 327.31, <br /> Subdivision 3. <br /> (149) Multiple-occupancy structure. A <br /> principal building housing two (2) or more <br /> independent business or industrial uses which are <br /> permitted in the district." <br /> 13. Amendment to Land IIse Chart in Sectiaa V.E. of <br /> A endix A-Zonin of Arden Aills Code. The Land Use Chart in <br /> Section V.E. o Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden HiYls Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> _ 4 <br />
