Reviaion of Delin9aent <br /> Cherges. Ordinance No. 114, which <br /> amends Ordinance No. 49 by inaerting <br /> therein a sehedule of rates and charges <br /> deaignated as Seetian il of Ordinanee <br /> No. 49, is hereby amended by atriking <br /> therefrom the secund Faragraph of Sec- <br /> , tion 11 (8) thereof, striking therefrom <br /> the entire Paragraph (C) af said $ec- <br /> tion 11, snd substituting a new Para- <br /> graph (C) as follawa: <br /> _ (C) Any amounts payable hereunder <br /> may be collected in an action bmught <br /> - - for that purpoee in the name of the <br /> ViIDsge; or the Village Clerk-Adviin- <br /> iatratar, upon directian thereon by <br /> the Council, may certify to the County <br /> Auditar the amountv due, together <br /> with the legal description of -the <br /> premises served, and the Govnty Au- <br /> ditar shall thereupan inolude such <br /> amaunt in the bax levy on ssid prem- <br /> isee, and oollect the same with the <br /> taxea due for the ensuing year. <br /> In eertifying to the County Auditor <br /> as seL forth herein the Clerck shall add <br /> to the charges then due and payable <br /> as a separate item 8 per cent of eaid <br /> amount as a delinquency penalty, which <br /> amaunt aha11 be included in the tax <br /> - - levy by the Counky Audibor as afore- ' <br /> said. <br /> Section 2.
