NO. 83, THE PERSONNEL ORDINANCE, BY AD- JUSTING VqCATION BENEFITS <br /> The City Council of Artlen Hills ordains: <br /> Section 1. Repeal of Section 2 of Ortlinance No. 110. <br /> Section 2 of Ordinance No. 110, passed by the Council of <br /> the Village of Arden Hills on the 9Th day of December, <br /> 1968, which repealed Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of Section 3, <br /> Subdivision B of Ordinance No. 83, the Personnel Or- <br /> dinance, relating to vacations, and substiTuted iherefor <br /> new Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of said Section 3, Subdivision <br /> B, is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. Amendment of Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of <br /> Section 3, Subdivision B of Ordinance No. 87, regarding <br /> vacatians. Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of Section 3, Sub- <br /> division B of Ordinance No. 83, the Personnel Or- <br /> dinance, relating to vacaTions, are hereby repealed and <br /> the following are subsTiTuted in the place of said num- <br /> bered paragraphs: <br /> 3. Regular employees who have earned aT least one <br /> year's service credit shall be eligible for iwo weeks (10 <br /> working days) of paid vacation each year commencing <br /> at the end of their firsT year of employmenT and con. <br /> tinuing Through the fifih year of iheir employment. <br /> 4. Regular employees who have earned at feast five <br /> years of service credits shall be eligible for ihree weeks <br /> (15 working days) of paid vacation each year com- <br /> mencing in the sixth year of Their employment and <br /> continuing ihrough the fifteenih year of iheir em- <br /> ployment. <br /> 5. Regular employees who have earned aT IeasT fifTeen <br /> years of service crediTs shall be eligible for four weeks <br /> (20 working days) of paid vacation each year com- <br /> mencing in the sixteenTh year of Their employment. <br /> Section 3. Effective Date.
