<br /> The V illage Council of the V illageof Artlen Hills does hereby ordain as follows:
<br /> Sect. I Table oi License Fees. Effective January 1, 1974, the following Table of
<br /> license fees is adopted for the Villa9e of Arden Mills, with references being
<br /> made in the Table to the applicable Licensing Ortlinance, the fee therefor es.

<br /> calendar year basis and shall be pro-rated on the besis o1 the portion o1 the calendar
<br /> year remaining after the dafe of issuanceof the license. In cases of a fractional monih, ,
<br /> 16 tlays or more shall be consiOered to be a monih hereunder. Upon the ezpirafion of
<br /> i existing licenses granted on other fhan a calendar year basis, the license shall be
<br /> renewed for the balance of the calender year only, but in such cases the minimum fees
<br /> establishetl hereunder shall not apply.
<br /> Section 7 Minimum Faes. Subiect to minimum tees as set in the Table in Section 1 hereof, and subject to the
<br /> exception for existing licenses in Section Y hereof, any IicMSes hereafter granted shall
<br /> be upon minimum fees as hereinafter set forih, with the "Basic Fee" to be determined
<br /> on the TaDle in Section 1 hereof:
