Ordinance No. 18, known <br /> as the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby <br /> amended to rezone the following-described <br /> property from commercial to residential <br /> (R-1), to-wit; <br /> Lot Two (2), Block Four (4), Shady <br /> Oaks Addition, according to the plat <br /> thereof on file and of record in the <br /> office of the Register of Deeds of <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> 8ection 2. The Zoning Map of the <br /> Vi"xke of Arden Hitls referred to in <br /> the aforesaid Ordinance No. 18 shall not <br /> be republished to show the aforesaid re- <br /> . zoning, but the Clerlc shall appropriately <br /> mark the Zoning Map on file in the <br /> . C'°r•k's of°icP for the purpose of sub- <br /> ,tantially indicating this rezoning. <br /> Section 3.
