Amendment to Section 4-12 of Arden Hllls <br /> Code by Chanqinq Capt(on and Substance Thereof. Section 4-12 <br /> of the Arden Hills Code (s hereby amended to be captloned and <br /> to read as foilows: <br /> "Sec. 4-12. Truants; hours of operat(on by minors. <br /> <br /> Na truant from school shall operate a cotn-apera- <br /> ted amusement.device, artd no mfnor under the age of <br /> s(xteen (16) years shail operate such devtce an any <br /> night of the week after the hour ot 9:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> unless he is accompanied by a parent or guardian. No <br /> person in charge of the premfses where the device is <br /> located shall permit it to be played or used In <br /> violation of the provisions of this Section." <br /> Section 2. Amendmenfi to Section 4-13 of the Arden <br /> Hllls Code bv Chanqinq Caption and Substance Theraot. Section <br /> 4-13 of the Arden Hills Code (s hereby amended by strlking the <br /> existing 5ect(on 4-13 and substttuting therefor the following <br /> provisfon: <br /> "Sec. 4-13. Partial excluslon for liquor iicensses. <br /> <br /> No person or enttty Iicensed ta sell Intaxicating <br /> ltquor at reta(l sha!l be subject to comply with the <br /> provlsions of Section 4-6, 4-9, 4-10 and al) of Sec- <br /> tion 4-$ except the first sehtence thereof. Sections <br /> 4-4, 4-5, 4-7, 4-II, 4-12 and 4-14 and the f(rst <br /> sentence of Section 4-8 shall, however, be appl(cable <br /> to such licensee." <br /> Section 3. Amendment to Section 4-22(e) of the Arden <br /> Hllls Code by Chanqinq Caption and Substance Thereof. Section <br /> 4-22(a) of the Arden Nllls Code is hereby amended by deleting <br /> the existing Section 4-22(e) and substltuttng therefor the <br /> followfng prov_Is(on: <br /> "(s) Entrance of truants and minors prohlbited <br /> under certain circLmstances. No truant <br /> from school shall be permitted to enter or remaln on any part of the premises of tha <br /> amusement arcade. No minor under the age of <br /> sixteen (16) years shaii be perm(tted to <br /> enter or remain upon the premfses of the <br /> amusement arcade any nlght ofi the week after <br /> the hour ot 9:30 o'clock P.M. unless accom- <br /> panied by his parent or guardlan. <br /> Section 4. Amendment to Oivision 3 of Article I of <br /> Chapter 4 of the Arden Hills Cade by Adding a New Section 4-23 <br /> Thereto.
