Amendmentto Section 4-I2 af Arden HiIIs Code b Chan in Ca tion and Substance Theraaf. Section 4-12 of the Arden Hills Coda (s hereby amended to be captioned and to read as follows: "Sec. 4-12. Truants; hours of operatton by minors. No firuant from school shall operate a coin-opera- ted amusement.devtce, and no mfnor under the age ot sixteen (16) years shall operate such davice on any nighfi of the week atter the hour of 9;30 o'clock P.M. unless he is accompanied by a parent or guard(an. No person In charge of the premises where the devlce is located shall permit it to be played or used in violation of the provisions of this Sectfon." Section 2. Amendment to Section 4-13 of the Arden Hills Code bv Chanqlnq Caption and Substance Thereof. Section 4-13 of the Arden H(Ils Code is hereby amended by strlking the existtng Section 4-13 and substituting therefor the followtng provlsion: "Sec. 4-13. Partiaf exclusfon for liquor licensees. No person or ent(ty licensed to sell intoxicating liquor at retall shall be sub,ject to comply wlth the provisions of Section 4-6, 4-9, 4-10 and all of Sec- tion 4-8 excepfi the first sentence thereof. Sectiohs 4-4, 4-5, 4-7, 4-II, 4-12 and 4-14 and the first sentence of Section 4-8 shall, however, be appllcable to such licensee." Section 3. Amendment to Section 4-22(e) of the Arden Hills Code bv Chanqfnq Caption and Substance Thereof. ection 4-22(e) of the ArdenHills Code is hereby amended by deleting the existing Section 4-22(e) and substftuting therefor the foliowfng provfston: "(e) Entrance of truants and minors prohibited under certain circumstances. No truant from school shall be permitted to anter or . remaln on any part of the premises of the amusement arcade. No minor under the age of sixteen (16) years shatl be permlt#ed ta enter or remain upon the premises of the amusement arcade any night of the week after the hour ot 9:30 o'clock P.M. unless accom- panied by his parent or guardtan. ~ Section 4. Amendment to Divfsion 3 of Article I of Chapter 4 of the Arden Hills Code by Addtng a New Section 4-23 Thereto. Division 3 of Art cle I of Chapter 4 of the Arden Htlls Code is he reby amended by add(ng thereto a new Section 4-23 which reads as follows:
