Any person or persons guilty of <br /> violating any provision of this Ordinance <br /> shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br /> conviction tlzereof shall be punished by a <br /> fine not to exceed Three Hundred and no/I00 <br /> Dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment in the <br /> county jail for a period not to exceed ninety <br /> (90) days, or by both. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date.
