Repeal of Ord. Nos. 42 and 4. Ord. No. 42, an <br /> ordinance repealing Ord. No. 4, esTablishing an bfficial <br /> deposiTOry, and removing the depository limitations, <br /> passed by the Village Council on July 47, 1959, and Ord. <br /> lJo. e, establishing the official depository for the V illage <br /> of Arden Hills, passed by the Village Council on January <br /> 28, 1952, are hereby repealed in their enTirety. <br /> Section 2. Effective Date.
