Non-sanctioned Racing Prohibited. Enforcement and Notification of Public. Notwith- stan ing anything herein to the contrary, officers of the Arden Hill Police Department shall be authorized and entitled to enforce the rovisions of this Ordinance in conjunction with and in addi- tion to officers and deputies of the Ramsey County Sheriff's office, ~ whet er or not said officers of the Arden Hills Police Department are eputized by the Ramsey County Sheriff's office. Section 7. Penalties. Any person who shall violate any of t e provisions of this Ordinance sha11 be guilty of a misdemeanor, and pon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine 'of not.more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
