Section 8-10 ai Ordiuauce <br /> No. 16, knawn as the Building Code, is <br /> hereby amended tct read as follows, ta- <br /> wit: <br /> 8-10. IQo license granted under the <br /> terms stated herein shall become effec- <br /> tive until the licensees shall have filed <br /> with the village clerk a certificate of in- <br /> surance indicating that the licensee has <br /> ' in effect pttblic liability insurance in an <br /> amount not less than $25,000,00 for in- <br /> surance to any one persan, and not ]ess <br /> ~ than $50,000 for personal injury on ac- <br /> cdunt of any one accident, and property <br /> damage insurance in the amount oE not <br /> lese thau $25,000.00, insuring against <br /> any negligent acts or c,onduct of the ]i- <br /> ~ censees in the performance of the work <br /> to be performed by the hdlder of said li- <br /> cense under the provistons oE this code. <br /> Said certi[icate shall further provide that <br /> the insurer will not cancel said insurance <br /> policies until the expiration of 20 days <br /> after the written notice of its intention <br /> I to do so is given to the municipality. <br /> Said certiticates of insurance shall be <br /> reqvired prior tQ the issuance ot a]icense <br /> for electrical wiring, plumbing including <br /> installation of outside sewage pfants, heat- <br /> ing (except gas), gas installation and <br /> well dnlling. <br /> PASSED DY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> THIS 27th DAY OF JULY, 1959. <br /> Robert O.
