Amendment of Section 4 Subdivision A. of <br /> Ora. No. 49 to Incorporate b Reference N~I3D 3 of r^innesota <br /> Plumbin~ Code. Subclivision A. , entitled"Platerials , of Section <br /> 5., entitled "Construction Requirements", of Ord. No. 49 is <br /> hereby arnended to reacz as follows : <br /> Subdivision A. Naterials. The provisions of <br /> MLHD123, entitled "Materials", of the 1linnesota <br /> Plurnbing Code, as adoptea by the Niinnesota <br /> Department of Health pursuant to M.S.A. §326.37, <br /> as f iled witYi tiie Minnesota Secretary of State <br /> and the Minnesota Department of Administratian <br /> in June, 1969, ancl as tlie same now exists or is <br /> hereafter amended, is hereby adopted and <br /> incorPoratecl herein by reference and shall <br /> apply with respect to all materials used in <br /> sanitary sewer installations within the City of_ <br /> Araen Hills. At least one copy of said Niinnescta <br /> Plumbing Code shall be marked as the official <br /> copy of the City of Arden Hills, shall be fileu <br /> in t:ie office of the Clerk-Adrainistrator of the <br /> City of Arden Hills, and shall be available ior <br /> inspectian. Section 2. Amenament of Section 5., Subdivision B. of <br /> Ord. No. 49 to Incorporate by Reference MHD12 of_ Minnesota.~ <br /> Plumbiizg Code. Subc:tivision B., entitled "Joirts and Connections", <br /> of Section 5., entitled "Construction Requiren:ents", of Ord. No. <br /> 49 is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> Suudivision B. Joints and Connections.
