Amendment of Ortlinance No. 99 reioning <br /> certain property situated west of Lexingfon Avenue <br /> North, norfh of the residences on Tiller lane, and south <br /> of County Road E. Pursuant to the provisions M Or- <br /> dinance No. 99,the zoning ordinance, a proceeding to <br /> rezone the properTy legally described below was <br /> initiaTed by application filed with the Clerk- <br /> Administrator. A public hearing to review said ap- <br /> plication was held by the Planning Commission on <br /> Thursday, July 12, 1973.
