Ordinance No. 18, known ` <br /> sa the Zoning Ordinance, ia hereby <br /> amended to rezone the following-described <br /> property from R-2 (residential) to C <br /> (commercial), to-wit: <br /> That part of the Southwest Quarter <br /> (SWi/4) of the Southwest Quarter • <br /> (SWI/4) of Section Sixteen (16). <br /> Township Thirty North (30N), Range <br /> Twenty-three (23), lying Westerly of <br /> the Right-of-Way line of Interstate <br /> Route 36 West, Northerly of STH No. <br /> 96, Easterly of STH No. 8, and <br /> Southerly of a Iine paraliel to the <br /> North line of said Southwest Quarter <br /> (SWI/4) of the Southweat Quarter <br /> (SWIJ4), Section Sixteen (16), and <br /> Eight Hundred Sixty (860) feet <br /> South of said North line, all in <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> Section 2. The zoning map of the <br /> Village of Arden Hills referred to in <br /> the aforesaid Ordinance No. 18 shall not <br /> be republished to show the aforesaid <br /> rezoning, but the Clerk shall appropri- <br /> ately mark the zoning map on file in <br /> the Clerk's office for the purpose of <br /> substantially indicating this rezoning. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance ahall be <br /> published in the official Village news- <br /> paper and shall be effective from and <br /> after its passage and publication. <br /> Passed by the Village Council of Arden <br /> Hills this 27th day of September, 1965. <br /> D.
