Diaorderly Conduct, The doing of any of the fol- <br /> • Iowing ac~E'sT w,hout au . or g o aw y any peraon or persons is <br /> herebg declared to be disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor; <br /> <br /> a. Wilful.ly disturbing any assembly or meting not u.n- <br /> lawful in its charaeter, or the peace and quiet of <br /> any family neighborhood; <br /> b. Wi1fully and lewdly exposing his person or the pri- <br /> vate parts thereof, or procuring axot,her to so ex- <br /> go se himself, and any ope n and gro s s lewdne s s or <br /> lascivious behavior, or any act of public indecency; <br /> c. Us3.ng profane, vulgar or indecent language in or <br /> about any public building, store or place of busi- <br /> ness, or upon any af the streets, alleys or side- <br /> walks of the Village so as to be audible and <br /> offensive y <br /> <br /> d. Voluntarily enterirg the water of any lake or public <br /> swimming pool within the limits of the Village be- <br /> tween the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 aem., or <br /> entering such water vaithout being garbed in a bath- <br /> ing suit sufficient to co3er his pe rson and equal <br /> to the standards generally adopted and aecepted by <br /> the publie; <br /> ee Appearing upon aziy public street ar other public <br /> place in an intoxieated eondition or drinking in- <br /> toxieating liquor on 'any street or in a rrehicle <br /> up4n a public street. <br /> SECTIf3N 2. Any person who is a vagrant as hereinafter de- <br /> fined s9'CI~ e'~guilty of a misdemeanor. The follow3.ng persons are <br /> vagrant s : <br /> ae A person who, being a habitual drunkard, abandons, <br /> negleets or refu.ses to aid in th.e suppvrt of his <br /> familye <br /> <br /> b. A person who has contracted.an infectious or other <br /> dise ase in the practice of drunkenne ss or debauch- <br /> ery, requiring charitable aid to re store him to <br /> ~ he a lth. <br /> ce Every male person who lives vQholly or in part on <br /> the earnings of prostitution, or who in any public <br /> ~ place solicits for immoral purposes. A male per- <br /> son who lives with or is habitually in the company <br /> of a pros ti tu te an d has no visible msans of sup- <br /> port, sha11 be dec;md to be living on the earnings <br /> of prostitution. <br />
