Wilfully disturbing any asse bly or meting not un- lawf'ul in i.ts character, or he peace and quiet of any family neighborhood; b. Wiifully and lewdly exposi.ng his person or the pri- vate parts thereof, Qr proe ing amther to so ex- po se him se lf , and any ope n a dgro s s 1ewdne s s or lascivious behavior, car any ct of publie indecency; c. Using profane, vulgar or ind ,cent language in or about any public building, s ore or place of busi- ness, or upon any of the str ets, alley-s or side- walks of the Vi].lage so as t be audib3e and offensive ; d. Voluntarily entering the water of any lake or publie awimming pool with3.n the lim ts of the Village be- tween #,he hcnLirs of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 apm., or entering such water without being garbed in a bath- ing suit 5ufficient to co-ver his pe rson and equal to the standards generally adopted and accepted by the public; . ee Appearing upon aXiy public street or other public place in an intoxicated eondition or drinking in- toxf.cating 3iquor on any street or in a vehicle upon a public street. SECTION 2. Any person who is a vagrant as hereinafter de- fined shall e guilty of a misdemeanor. The following persons are vagrant s : a. A person wha, being a habitual drunkard, abandons, neglects or refuses to aid in the support of Yhis family. b. A person who has contracted an infectious or other disease 3.n the praetice of drunkenness or debauch- ery, requiring charit,able a3.d to restore him to ~ health, ~ co Esrery male person who lives wholly or in part on the e arnings of pros-titut ion, or who in any public place solicits for immoral purposes. A rnale per- son who I3.ves wit,h or is habitually in the company of a prostitute and has no visible means of sup- port, shall be deemd to be liv.i.ng on the earnings of prostitution.
