Disorderly Conduct e T e doin,g of any of the fol- <br /> • lowing a7s w out au or y o aw y y peraon or persons is <br /> ~ hereby declared to be d3.sorderly eonduct nd a misdemeanor; <br /> <br /> a. Wilfully disturbing any asse bly or meting not un- <br /> lawf'ul in i.ts character, or he peace and quiet of <br /> any family neighborhood; <br /> b. Wiifully and lewdly exposi.ng his person or the pri- <br /> vate parts thereof, Qr proe ing amther to so ex- <br /> po se him se lf , and any ope n a dgro s s 1ewdne s s or <br /> lascivious behavior, car any ct of publie indecency; <br /> c. Using profane, vulgar or ind ,cent language in or <br /> about any public building, s ore or place of busi- <br /> ness, or upon any of the str ets, alley-s or side- <br /> walks of the Vi].lage so as t be audib3e and <br /> offensive ; <br /> <br /> d. Voluntarily entering the water of any lake or publie <br /> awimming pool with3.n the lim ts of the Village be- <br /> tween #,he hcnLirs of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 apm., or <br /> entering such water without being garbed in a bath- <br /> ing suit 5ufficient to co-ver his pe rson and equal <br /> to the standards generally adopted and accepted by <br /> the public; . <br /> ee Appearing upon aXiy public street or other public <br /> place in an intoxicated eondition or drinking in- <br /> toxf.cating 3iquor on any street or in a vehicle <br /> upon a public street. <br /> SECTION 2. Any person who is a vagrant as hereinafter de- <br /> fined shall e guilty of a misdemeanor. The following persons are <br /> vagrant s : <br /> a. A person wha, being a habitual drunkard, abandons, <br /> neglects or refuses to aid in the support of Yhis <br /> family. <br /> <br /> b. A person who has contracted an infectious or other <br /> disease 3.n the praetice of drunkenness or debauch- <br /> ery, requiring charit,able a3.d to restore him to <br /> ~ health, <br /> ~ co Esrery male person who lives wholly or in part on <br /> the e arnings of pros-titut ion, or who in any public <br /> place solicits for immoral purposes. A rnale per- <br /> son who I3.ves wit,h or is habitually in the company <br /> of a prostitute and has no visible means of sup- <br /> port, shall be deemd to be liv.i.ng on the earnings <br /> of prostitution. <br />
