N0. 128 AND <br /> SETTING SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR AND <br /> COUNCILMEN OF ARDEN HILLS. <br /> The Council of ihe V illage of Arden Hills does hereby <br /> ordein as follows: <br /> SECTION 1---Ortlinance No. 148 Repealed. <br /> Ordinance No. 128 is hereby repealed, effective upon <br /> ihe effective tlate hereof - January 1, 1973. <br /> SECTION 2-New Salaries Established for Mayor and <br /> Councilmen. <br /> Commencing January 1, 1973, ihe salary of the Mayor <br /> of Arden Hills is fixed aT 8175 per month and the salary <br /> , of each Councilman is fixed at 5125 per monih. <br /> SECTION 3-Effective Date. <br /> This Ordinance shall be effective from and after <br /> January 1, 1973, and ThereafTer until changed pursuant <br /> to law. <br /> Adopted by ihe V illage Council of Arden Hills Thls 25th <br /> day of September, 1972. <br /> Henry J.
