STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS ORDINANLE NO. 746 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OR- DINANCE NO. 99, THE ZONING OR- DINANCE, TO REZONE CERTAIN ~ PROPERTY ANNEXED FROM THE VILLAGE QF NEW BRIGHTON The Viltage Council of Arden Hills does Frereby ordain as follows: Section 1.0. Pursuani to law and with the approvalofihe Minnesota Municipal Commission the Village of Arden Hills has heretofore annexed from the Village of New BrighTon the following parcel of land, to-wit: NW I/a of SE 114 and that parT of SW '/a lying norTh of IntersTate Highway 694 and easT of InTerstate Highway 35W in Section 21, T30N, R23W, Ramsey County. Section 2.0. Pursuant To the provisions of Ord. No. 99, the Zoning Ordinance, the Councit initiaTed a zoning of the aforesaid property, which zoning has been tluly reviewed by the Arden Hills Planning Commission at a publit hearing held ihereon, all in accordance with Ord. No. 99. Upon the recom- mendation of the Planning Commission, Ord. No. 99 is hereby amended To include in the Zoning Disirict Map of Arden Hills, a part of said Ord.
