Amendment of Ordinance No. 99 Rezoning <br /> Certain Property Situated at the Northeast Corner of <br /> the IntersecTion of Cleveland Avenue and County Road <br /> D. Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 99, the <br /> Zoning Ordinance,a proceeding to rezone the property <br /> legally described below was iniTiated by application <br /> filed wiTh the Clerk-Adminisirator. A public hearing to <br /> review said application was held by the Planning <br /> Commission on Tuesday, May 4, 1976. Upon the <br /> recommendaTion of the Planning Commission, dated <br /> June 30, 1976, Ordinance No. 99 and the Zoning Disirict <br /> Map of Arden H ills, which is part of said Ordinance, are - <br /> hereby amendetl to reflect ihaT the following described <br /> parcel of land is hereby rezoned from "R-2" to "R-B": <br /> LoT 13, Block 2, Dalsoren Addition, according to the <br /> plat Yhereof on tile and of record in the office of the <br /> Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Min- <br /> nesota. <br /> On the next reprinting of said Ordinance No. 99 and-or <br /> the Zoning DisTrict Map included iherein, the Zoning <br /> AdminisTrator is hereby directed to have the Zoning <br /> DisiricT Map reflect the rezoning of the aforedescribed . <br /> parcel of land. <br /> Section 2.
