Repeal of Ordinance No. 117. Ordinance No. <br /> 117 is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. Petty Misdemeanors. "PeftY <br /> misdemeanors" as defined in Chi , pTer 169 as amended, <br /> commonly known as the Highway Traffic Regulation <br /> Act, shall be punishable by a fine of not To exceed $100. <br /> Section 3. Penalties for Misdemeanors. Except as <br /> hereinbefore provided for petty misdemeanors, every <br /> violaTion of an ordinance of the Vfllage of Arden Hills is <br /> hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and a penal of- <br /> fense. Every such violation shall be punisable by a fine <br /> up toS300or imprisortmenf in ihecounty jail for a period <br /> up To 90 days, or both, but in either case the cosis of <br /> prosecution may be added, noTWiThstanding any <br /> provisions heretobefore made to the conirary. <br /> SecTion 4. Effeciive Date.
