Rule 1 of Ordinance No. <br /> I shall be and it hereby is amended Yd <br /> read as follows, to-wit: <br /> RULE L The village council shall have <br /> regular sessions on the secand and last <br /> mcscdays of each month at 5:00 a'clock <br /> P.M. and, if such day shall fall on a holi- <br /> ~iay, shall have its regular session on <br /> the next following day, and adjaurned <br /> ~ and special sessions at any other time <br /> the council may deem ptraper. The first <br /> meeting af the year shall be held on Jan- <br /> uary 211d uuless January 2nd shall fall <br /> upo7i Sam;rday or Sunday, in which event <br /> it shall he held on Monday the 3rd or <br /> 4th. All meetings sha}1 be held in the <br /> village hall. <br /> SECTIOV 2.
