<br /> a_- <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 4 Amendment of Section 4.4 of Ord. No. 103 _ <br /> Hydrant s. Section 4.4 of Ord. No. 103 is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Owners of private property on which fire hydrants are <br /> located shall pay an annual stand-by charge of $15.00 <br /> per hydrant. In addition thereto, if the Village <br /> installs a hydrant on private property at the request <br /> . of the owner, the owner shall be charqed the actual <br /> cost to the Village of materials and labor for such <br /> installation. This Vatm shall not apply to a hydrant installed <br /> <br /> in the usual manner on boulevards or street right- <br /> of-way, but only to those installed on private <br /> property. <br /> Section 5. Waiver of Minimum Payrnents for Senior Citizens <br /> or Disabled Citizens. The Council may, by resolution passed <br /> in its reasonab e discretion, waive minimum payments required <br /> under Ord. No. 103 and amending ordinances where such charges <br /> are imposed upon property owned or occupied by citizens 65 <br /> years of age or older or citizens who are totally disabled <br /> within the meaning of Social Security regulations. <br /> Section 6. Effective Date.
