3TATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS ORDINANCE NO. 72 AN CRDINANCE7 AGCEPTING TIiE PROVISIONS, TERMS, AND CONDI- TIONS CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE NUMBER 10725 OF TI3E CITY OF SAINT PAUL, AS AMENDED, AND ORDINANCE NUMBER 387 OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE ADOPTED MARCH 26, 1963, ALL RELATING TO THE CONNECTION BY THE VIL- LAGE OF ARDEN HILLS TO THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM AF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, TO A CONNECTION BY ROSEVILLE TO THE ARDEN HILLS SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM. I The Council of the Village of Arden Hills dces hereb ordsin as fo11owa: 9 SECTION 1. The Village of Arden Hills does here- by accept the pmvisiona, terms and con- - ditions contained in Ordinance No. 10725 of the City of Saint Paul, as amended, and as said ordinance may be amended in the future, and does further aecept and agree to abide by a11 of the Pro- visions, terms and conditions wntained in Ordinance No. 387 of the Village of Roseville, which ordinance was aBProved . by the Village of Roseville on March 25, 1968. SECTION 2. The Clerk is hereby suthorized and directed to file with the Clerk of the Village of Roseville a duly certified capy of this Ordinance in accordance with the proviaions of Section VII of the aforesaid Ordinance of the Village of Roseville. SECTION S. This Ordinance shall be effxtive from and after its agproval and publication. Passed by the Village Council of Arden Hills this 8 day of April 1963. D. F.
