A11 state and local ordinances relating to the <br /> licensing and muzzling of animals and pets <br /> shall applv to same brought into any Open <br /> Space Site. <br /> 4.3 Hunting, Fishing and Molesting Wildlife. <br /> a. No person sha11 kill, hunt, trap, pursue, <br /> injurP, molest ar unnecessarily disturh ar <br /> have in possession sny species of wildlife <br /> including hirds, waterfowl, fish or other <br /> animals found within the confines af any npen <br /> Space Site, except that fishing ma,y be per- <br /> mitted in designated areas subject to laws <br /> and rPgulations as established by the State <br /> of MinnPsota. <br /> b. No per.son shall rob, disturb, or molest the <br /> nest, eggs or young of any birds or other <br /> animals within the confines of any npen Space <br /> Site. <br /> 4.4 Fires. <br /> a. Tlo person shall star_t or maintain a fire in <br /> any Open Space Site except small recreational <br /> fires in fireplaces, fire r.ings, and grills <br /> provided for that purposP in areas specific- <br /> a11y designated for such use.- Private grills <br /> may be used in designated areas provided that <br /> all ashes and residue therefrom be disposed <br /> of in containers provided for such disposal. <br /> b. Any person who starts or maintains a fire in <br /> an authorized area shall exercise continuous <br /> supervision from the time the f.ire is kindled <br /> until it is extinguished. <br /> 4.5 Waste and Litter. <br /> a. No person shall allow the release of any sub- <br /> stance which shall result in the pollutian of <br /> open space waters, or endanger the health of <br /> the public. <br /> b. No person shall dePosit, scatter, drop or. <br /> ' abandon in any Open Space Site any paper, <br /> bottles, cans, sewage, caaste, trash or other <br /> debris except in receptacles provided by the <br /> Department for such purposes. No person <br /> shall deposit in any receptacle in any Open <br /> Space Site any accumulation of waste or trash <br /> generated outside the boundaries of the site. <br /> 4.6 Firearms, Weapons, Fireworks. No person excegt a <br /> law enforcement officer shall possess or carry a <br /> firearm of any description, any airgun, bow and <br /> arrow, knife with a blade greater than three (3) <br /> inches, slingshot, dart or projectile thrower, or <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> - 5 - <br />
