No person sha11 sell, offer for <br /> sale, hawk, peddle or lease any object, merchandise <br /> or service or carry on any manner of business or <br /> commercial enterprise except th4se concessians <br /> authorized or operated by the City. <br /> 4.15 Soliciting Alms. No person shall beg ar solicit <br /> , alms, donations or contributions. <br /> 4.16 Canstruction. The construction of any above or <br /> below ground structure shall be subject to the <br /> approval of the Counc;il. <br /> <br /> 4,17 Posted Regulations, nirectional Signs and Graphics. <br /> No person shall disregard or fail to comply with <br /> any posted regulations, directional signs and <br /> graphics, barriers or other control devices located <br /> within any Open Space. Site or on any parkway. <br /> <br /> Section 5: Traffic Rules. <br /> a. No person shall drive or operate a motor <br /> vehicle within any open Space Site except upan <br /> roadways, parking areas, parkways or other <br /> areas designated for such use. <br /> b. No person shall park, stop, or leave a vehicle <br /> in any npen Space Site or on any parkway during <br /> that period of tirne 30 minutes after sunset and <br /> 30 minutes before sunrise. Exceptions may be <br /> ' made at the discretion af the Director in the <br /> case of emergency or when special use permits <br /> have been autliorized or fdr other reasons the <br /> Director may determine necessar,y or desirable. <br /> c. No person shall wash, grease, change oil, ser- <br /> vice or reQaix any vehicle in any Open Space <br /> Site. All disabled vehicles shall quickly be <br /> made operatianal or removed from the Open Space <br /> Site. <br /> Section 6. Penalties for Violation. <br /> <br /> 6.1 Misdemeanor. Any person violating any of the provi- <br /> , sions of this ordinance shall be adjudged guilty of <br /> . a misdemeanor. <br /> 6.2 Ejection. Any person violating any af the provi- <br /> sions of this Qrdinance may be expelled, ejected <br /> or ousted at such time from an Open Space Site at <br /> the discretion of a law enforcement ogficer or <br /> Department employee. <br /> <br /> Section 7. Separability. The provisions of this Ordinance <br /> shall be separable, and the invalidity of any section, paragraph, <br /> subparagraph, subdivision or other part thereof sha11 not make <br /> void, impair, invalidate or affect the remainder thereof. <br /> Section B. Repeal. Sections 3-22, 3-?.2.1 and 26.10 of the <br /> Arden Hi11s City Code axe hereby stricken, deleted and repealed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> - 7 - <br />
