<br /> An ordinance prohi6iting use af alcoholic antl in-
<br /> toxicating beverages in all public parks located in the
<br /> City of Arden Hills.
<br /> The City Council of Arden Hills ordains:
<br /> Secfion 1. Prohibition of Alcoholic and Intoxicating
<br /> Beverages in Public Parks. No person shall transporT,
<br /> possess, offeifor sale, consume or be under the in-
<br /> fluence of any beer, wine, liquor or other alcoholic or
<br /> imoxicating beverages in any park, open or enclosed
<br /> space, playground, picnic area, school ground, beach,
<br /> park, arena, concession, playing field or courT, siruc-
<br /> ture, building, or facility, including all parking lots,
<br /> paths or roadways appurtenanT Thereto or used
<br /> therewiih, with is owned, operated or conirolled by the
<br /> Cify of Arden Hills or located wiThin the City of Arden
<br /> Hills buT ownetl, operated or conirolled by any other
<br /> political or governmental subdivision and which is
<br /> devoTed, designated or inTended for acTive or passive
<br /> recreation. "Person^ for the purposes hereof is a
<br /> naTural person, firm, parfnership, associaTion, cor-
<br /> poraTion, company or organization of any kind.
<br /> SecTian 2. Violations and Penalties. Any person
<br /> violating any ot ihe provisions of this Ordinance shall be
<br /> deemed guilfy of a misdemeanor and shall be punished
<br /> by a fine of not more ihan Three Hunqretl Dollars
<br /> (8300.00) or by imprisonmenT of not more ihan nineTy
<br /> (90) days, or by both.
<br /> Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in
<br /> full force and effecT from and after its passage and
<br /> publication according to law.

<br /> political or govemmental wbdivlsion and which is
<br /> devoTed, designafed or intendEd Wr active or pauive
<br /> rxreation. "Perwn" for the purposes hereof is a
<br /> • naturol person, firm, partnenhip, association, cor-
<br /> poration, company or organizaTion of any kind.
