Rezoninq of Property. Pursuant to the <br /> provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City, which is contained <br /> in Appendix A of the Arden Hills Code, a proceeding to rezone the <br /> parcel of land hereinafter described was initiated by application <br /> filed with the Clerk-Administrator. A public hearing to review the <br /> application was held by the Planning Commission of the City on <br /> January 6, 1988. The application was further scrutinized by the <br /> City Council at its regular CounciT meeting held on February 8, <br /> 1988. <br /> As determined by the City Council and upon <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, the Zoning Ordinance of <br /> the City and the Zoninq District Map af Arden Hills which is a part <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance shall be changed to reflect that the <br /> following described parcel of land is hereby rezoned from 11R-1" to <br /> ^I-Zn: <br /> The legal description of the subject parcel of <br /> land is set forth on Exhibit "A" attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> On the next reprinting of the Zoning Ordinance, and/or <br /> the Zoning District Map, the Zoning Administrator is hereby <br /> directed to have the Zoning District Map changed to reflect the <br /> rezoninq of the aforedescribed parcel of land. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
