The ].icense to operate the establishment <br /> <br /> shall be prominently in public display <br /> on the premises at all times during the <br /> hours of its operation. <br /> (5) Hours of Operation. The licensed premises <br /> shall not be open for Tausiness nor shaYl <br /> patrons be permitted on the premises between the hours of 10:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br /> and 8:00 o'clocTc A.M. of the succeeding <br /> ' day. <br /> <br /> (6) Occupancyo ur Guest Re_qistero The licensee <br /> shall be responsible-for maintaining an <br /> occupancy or guest'register bv which each <br /> patron of the sauna, rap or massage parlor <br /> must register his or her name,gPdddress and <br /> phone numbero and each Iicensee, or person <br /> in his employ, shall require each patron <br /> to furnish.identification de~ ~ibing and <br /> identifying his correct name,~dddress and <br /> phone number. Such occupancy or guest register shall be available for inspection <br /> at all times by officers, employees or <br /> agents of the City or any other agency or <br /> political subdivision of the State of <br /> -Minnesota or IInited States Government. <br /> Occupancy or guest registers must be kept <br /> by the licensee for a period of not less <br /> than two (2) years after- all of its pages <br /> ' have been filled. <br /> (7) Inspection by Cgty Officers and Identifica- <br /> tion of Employeeso Licensee shall allow <br /> his entire premises to be inspected by the <br /> building inspector, health otficer, any <br /> police officer or member of the fire <br /> department,•and any other officer, eanployee <br /> or agent of the City or any othex agency of <br /> any political s bdivision, the State of <br /> Minnesota, oar a ency of the United States <br /> Government.
