<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> _ ORDIIVANCE N0. 252 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21, SECTION 21-7 OF THE <br /> ARDEN HILLS CODE BY ADDING THERETO A <br /> NEW SUBSECTION (H) LIMITING THE ISSUANCE OF <br /> SPECIAL EVENT SIGNS IN COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS <br /> <br /> The City Council of Arden Hills hereay ordains: <br /> <br /> _ Section 1. Amendment to Section 21-7 of the Arden Hills Code bv Adding <br /> Subsection (h) Thereto. Section 21-7 of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended <br /> by adding thereto a new subseetion (h) which reads as follows: <br /> "(h) No more than three (3) sgecial event signs shall be allowed per <br /> building (as de€ined in Ord. 216, Section II B 4) in a <br /> commercial/industrial district per calendar year. Each special <br /> event sign shall be permitted to be placed for a maximum period <br /> of ten (10) consecutive days, with a minimum period of thirty <br /> (30) days interval." <br /> Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and <br /> after its adoption by the Arden Hills City Council, publication in the New <br /> BriQhton Bulletin, for an effective date of June 1, 1988.
