Renumbering of Sedions 3 and 4 of Or- <br /> dinance No. 112. Sections 3 and 4 of Ordinance No. 112, <br /> respectively entitled "Penalty" and "Effeciive DaTe", <br /> are hereby renumbered SectiOns 4 and 5 Thereof. <br /> Section 2. Addition of New Section 3 to Ordinance No. <br /> 112 Excepting Food and Certain Other Related Vending <br /> Machines From Its Purview. Ordinance No. 112 is <br /> hereby amended by adding Thereto a new Section 3 <br /> which is entitled and reads as follows: <br /> "Section 3. Exceptions. Notwithstanding anything <br /> herein To the contrary, food vending machines and <br /> vending machines dispensing only bottled or canned <br /> soft drinks or ice manufacTuretl and packaged by <br /> another - as those terms are used and defined in <br /> Section 28A.01 et seq. of MinnesoTa Statutes, as <br /> amended, and rules and regulations promulgated by the <br /> MinnesoTa Department of AgriculTure - are hereby <br /> excepted from the purview of ihis Ordinance." <br /> Section 3. Effective Date.
