Amendment of Ordinance <br /> . No. 105. Seobiom 4 of Ordinance 106, re- <br /> lating to the Human Righbs Commission, <br /> is hereby amended in its entirety to read <br /> es follows: <br /> $ection 4. Composition of Commission. <br /> The oommission shall consist af 10 <br /> members bo be appointed hy the mayor <br /> , by atyd with the advice and consent af <br /> the Council. Membercs af the oammis- <br /> sian shall be appointed with due re- <br /> gard to their fitness far the edficient <br /> dispatch of the functione, goweTa and <br /> duties vested in and imiposed wpon the <br /> comm3ssian. <br /> At least 8 membere of the eammisaiom <br /> shall be at least 2:1 yeare of age and , <br /> each such adult member, after the or- <br /> . iginal appoink[nen~ts, shall be appaint- ' <br /> ed for a term of three ycars, except <br /> . that any pexson appoimted to fill a va- <br /> cancy necurring priar to the expization of the term for which his prcdeceesor <br /> was appointed shall be appainted only <br /> for the re,uLa.inder of such term. The <br /> members of the cammissiomi who are <br /> less than 21 yeara of age shall be ap- <br /> painted far one year terms. Upan the <br /> expiratian of his term of office a <br /> member shall Gonti,nue to serve until <br /> his successor is appointed and shall <br /> have nuallfied.
