STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAN!SEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS ORDINANCE No. 215 AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS dF LAND ABUTTING RED FOX ROAD AND LEXINGTON AVENUE NORTH FROM I-2 TO B-2 The City Council of Arden Hills ordains: Section l. Rezoning of Property. Pursuant to the provi- sions of Ordinance No. 213, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Arden Hills, a proceeding to rezone the parcels of iand described below was initiated by applications filed with the Clerk- Administrator, public hearings to review the applications were held by the Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 3, 1980 and by the City Council on September 29, 1980. As determined by the City Council and upon recommendation of the Planning Commission, Ordinance No. 213 and the Zoning District Map of Arden Hills which is a part of said Ordinance No. 213 shall be changed to reflect that the following dt~scribed parcels of land are hereby rezoned from "I-2" to "B-2": That part of the East 290 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, lying Southerly of the Southerly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 694 subject to easement for Lexington Avenue and Red Fox Road; and That part of the Westerly 225 feet of the Easterly 515 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, lying Southerly of the Southerly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 694 subject to an easement for Red Fox Road. On the next reprinting of said Ordinance No. 213, and/or the Zoning District Map included therein, the Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to have the Zoning District Map reflect the rezoning of the aforedescribed parcels of land. Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage and publication.
