Amendments to Section 13-24 ot the Arden Hills <br /> Code to Add a New Subsection (ss) Thereto. Section 13-24 of the <br /> Arden Hills Code is hereby amended by striking the conjunction <br /> "and" at fihe end of Subssction (qq) and the period at the end of <br /> Subsection (rr) thereof, substituting e semicalon and the con- <br /> junction "and" at the end of Subsection (rr) #hereof, and adding <br /> a new Subsection (ss) thereto which reads as follows: <br /> "(ss) Gambling device licenses." <br /> Section 3. Penalt . Any person violating any provisions _ <br /> of this Ordinance, or the provisions of the Arden Hills Code <br /> added hereby, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conv(c- <br /> tion thereo# shall be punished by a fine of not more than F(ve <br /> Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment for not to exceed <br /> ninety (90) days, or both. <br /> Section 4. Effectfve Date.
