No. <br /> 101. <br /> Paragraph (c) of Ord. No. 101, which <br /> amends SecTion 9 of Ord. No. 92, is <br /> hereby siricken and deleted. <br /> Section 2. - Amendment of Ord. No. <br /> 92. <br /> Section 9 of Ord. No. 92, previously <br /> amended by Ord. No. 101, is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows in its en- <br /> tirety: <br /> Section 9- Hours of Sale. <br /> Nosaleof intoxicating liquor shall <br /> be made after one a.m. on Sunday, <br /> nor unTil eight a.m. on Monday, nor <br /> between the hours of ane a.m. and <br /> eighT o'clock p.m. on the day of any <br /> sTate-wide election. No "on-sale" <br /> shall be made between the hours of <br /> one a.m. and eighT o'clock a.m. on <br /> any week day. No "off-sale" shall be <br /> made before eight a.m. or afTer <br /> eight p.m. of any day excepT <br /> Saturday or except the days <br /> preceding the holidays hereinafter <br /> specifically set forih, on which days <br /> and Saturdays "off-sale" may be <br /> made until Ten p.m.; provided <br /> however, no "off-sale" shall be <br /> made on December 24 afTer eight <br /> o'clock p.m. No "off-sale" shall be <br /> made on New Years Day, January <br /> 1; Independence Day, July 4; <br /> Thanksgiving Day; ar Chris}mas . <br /> Day, December 25. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, <br /> antl pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Section 340.14, Subdivision 5 W <br /> Minnesota Statutes AnnotaTed, <br /> esTablishmenis licensed by Arden <br /> Hills Thereunder may serve in- <br /> Toxicating liquors between the hours <br /> of iwelve o'clock noon and twelve o'clock midnighT on Sunday. <br /> Section 3. - Effective DaTe. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force <br /> and effecT from and after iTs passage and <br /> publicafion according To law. <br /> Passed by the Council of Arden Hills <br /> This 25ih day of October, 1971. <br /> Henry J.
