Rezoning of ProperTy. Pursuant To the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 99, as amended, the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, a proceeding to rezone the property legally <br /> described below was iniTiaTed by Application filed with <br /> the Clerk-Adminisirator. A public hearing to review <br /> said ApplicaTion was held by the Planning Commission <br /> on Tuesday, February 7, 1978.
