_ x E STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS ORDINANCE N4. 247 AN ORDINANCE REZONING 4947 fiIGHWAY 10 FROM B-2 (GENERAL BUSINESS) to I-2 (GENERAL INDUS'TRY) The City Council of Arden Hills ordains: Section 1. Rezoning of Froperty. Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City, which is contained in Appendix A of the Arden Hills Code, a proceeding to rezone the parcel of land hereinafter described was initiated by application filed with the Clerk-Administrator. A public hearing to review the application was held by the Planning Commission of the City on May 6, 1987. The application was further scrutinized by the City Council at its regular Council meeting held o.n May 11, 1987. As determined by the City Council and upon recommendation of the Planning Commission, the Zoning Ordinance of the City and the Zoning District Map of Arden Hills which is a part of the Zoning Ordinance shall be ehanged to reflect that the following described parcel of land is hereby rezoned from "B-2" to nI_2n: That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey , County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 16; thence North 89 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds East along the East and West 1/4 line of said Section 16 for 458.54 feet to the point of beginning of Tract A to be described; thence North 14 degrees, 20 minutes 20 seconds West, 308.9 feet; thence North 89 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds East, 176.24 feet; thence South 41 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds East, 398.11 feet to the East and West 1/4 line of said Section 16; thence South 89 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds West, 364.36 feet to the point of beginning. -1-
