Advertising Signs (Billboards) <br /> 3. Siqns Requiring Planning Cammission Review and Council Approval. <br /> The following signs shall reguire Planning Corrmission review and <br /> Council approval before a permit will be issued: <br /> <br /> a. Area identification signs <br /> b. Institutional signs <br /> c. Street di rectory signs <br /> d. Directional signs (if more than 2 per site) <br /> e. Informational signs (if mare than 2 per site) <br /> f. Flags cantaining logos, symbols, or names of a private <br /> business or institution. <br /> g. Groupings of three or mare flags, including national and ' <br /> state flags. <br /> h.
