NO. 96, AND NORTH OF PEM- <br /> TOM'S TOWNHOUSE VILLAGES AT ARDEN HILLS <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> The City Council of Arden Hills ordains: <br /> Section 1. Amendment ot Ordinance No. 99, Reionirp <br /> Certain Property SiTUated East of the CiTy Hall, West of <br /> Hamline Avenue North, South of S.T.H. No. 96, and <br /> North o} Pemtom's Townhouse Villages at Arden Hills - <br /> Development. PursuanT To the provfsions of Ordinance <br /> No. 99, the Zoning Ordinance, a proceeding to rezone the <br /> property legally described below was initiated by Ap- <br /> plication filed with the Clerk-AdminisTrator. A public <br /> hearing to review said Application was held by the <br /> Planning Commission on Wednestlay, April 5, 1978. <br /> Upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission, <br /> Ordinance No. 99, as amended, and the Zon(ng DisTrict <br /> Map of Arden Hills, which is a part of said Ordinance <br /> No. 99, as amended, are hereby amended to reflect ihat <br /> the following described tracT of land is hereby rezoned <br /> from "R-1" to "L-B"; <br /> The North 330 feet of the North half of the NortheasT <br /> Quarter of the NorthwesT Quarter of Section 22, <br /> Township 30, Range 23, except the West 397.5 feet <br /> ThereofandsubjecTtothe parTSthereoftakenforroad or <br /> highway purpases. <br /> On the next reprirnTing of said Ordinance No. 99, as <br /> amended, and-or the Zoning Oistrict Map inclutled <br /> therein,ihe Zoning AdministraTOris hereby direcfetl To <br /> have the Zoning Disirict Map reflect the rezoning W the <br /> aforedescribed iract of land. <br /> Sedion 2.
