<br /> ~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HTLLS <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 222 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-16 OF ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> TO CHANGE REFERENCE TO UNIFORM BUILDING CODE <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Arden Hills ordains: <br /> <br /> Section l. Amendment of Section 6-16 of the Arden Hills <br /> Code. Section b-lb of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "Sec. 6-16. Building Code. <br /> <br /> The state building code (including the Uniform <br /> Building Code, published by the International <br /> Conference of Building Officials as now constituted <br /> (i.e., the 1979 edition) and as hereafter amended <br /> by subsequent editions), as now constituted and <br /> hereafter amended, is hereby adopted as part of the <br /> building code of the City, is incorporated by <br /> reference in this Code, and shall be as much a part <br /> of this Code as though it had been set forth in <br /> full herein. <br /> There shall be at least three (3) copies of <br /> said state buiZding code, so adopted, marked as <br /> official copies and filed in the office of the <br /> Clerk-Administrator. Whenever the state building <br /> code, or the Uniform Building Code which is a part <br /> thereof, is revised or amended, three (3) copies of <br /> each said amendment shall be substituted for the <br /> original provisions so amended and become a part of <br /> the official copies on file with the Clerk- <br /> Administrator." <br /> Section 2. Effective Date.
