AMENDING ORDIN- <br /> ANCE NUMBER I8> THE ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE TO RELONE CERTAIN <br /> PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF <br /> COUNTY ROAD E AND WEST OF <br /> LE%INGTON AVENUE FROM COM- <br /> MERCIAL TO INDUSTRIAL <br /> The Village Council af Arden Hills <br /> does hereby ordain as follows, to-wit: <br /> Section 1 Ordinance Number 18, <br /> known as the Zoning Ordinance, is <br /> I hereby amended to rezone the following <br /> described praperty from Commercial to <br /> - Induatrial, to-wit: <br /> A11 that part of the West 250 feet of <br /> the SEi/4 of the SEi/4 of Seetion 27, <br /> Township 30, Range 23, lying South. <br /> erly of the Minneapolis, St. Paul & <br /> Sault Ste Marie Railway right of way, <br /> . except the South 243 feet thereof. <br /> Section 2. The Zoning Map of the <br /> I Village of Arden Hills referred to in <br /> the aforesaid Ordinance Number 18 shall <br /> not be republished to show the afore- <br /> said rezoning, but the Clerk shall ap. <br /> prapriately mark the Zoning Map on <br /> file in the Clerk's office for the purpose <br /> of substantially indieating this rezoning. <br /> 3ection 3.
