<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> r~ '4~ 99 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAM3EY <br /> VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NUMBER 80 <br /> AN ORDINANCF7 AMENDING ORDIN- <br /> ANCE NUMBER 18, THE ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN <br /> PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF <br /> COUNTY ROAD E AND WEST OF <br /> LEXINGTON AVENUE FROM COM- <br /> MERCIAL TO INDUSTRIAL <br /> The Village Council of Arden Hills <br /> does hereby ordain as followa, to-wit: <br /> Section 1 Ordinance Number 18, <br /> known as the Zoning Ordinance, is <br /> hereby amended to rezone the fotlowing <br /> described property from Commercial to <br /> Industrial, to-wit: <br /> All that part of the West 250 feet of <br /> the SEi/4 of the SEI/4 of Section 27, <br /> Township 30, Range 23, lying South- <br /> erly of the Minneapolis, St. Paul & <br /> Sault Ste Marie Railwa9 right of way, <br /> except the South 243 feet thereof. <br /> 3ection 2. The Zoning Map of the <br /> Village o£ Arden Hills referred to in <br /> the aforesaid Ordinance Number 18 shall ~i <br /> not be republished to show the afore- <br /> said rezoning, but the Clerk shall ap- <br /> prapriately mark the Zoning Map on <br /> file in the Clerk's offiee for the purpose <br /> of substantially indicating this rezoning. <br /> Section 3. This ordinanee shall be <br /> ~ published in the official Village news- <br /> paper and shall be effective from and <br /> after its passage and Publication. <br /> Pasaed by the Village Council of Arden <br /> Hills this 27 day of July, 2964. <br /> D.
