Minnesota Statute 1974, 84.81. to 84.90., inclusive, 4 <br /> and the regulations of the Minnesota Commissioner of Natural Resources, <br /> regarding N.R. 51 to 59. inclusive, ineluding subsequent amendments, are <br /> hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. ' <br /> Mandatory Pennant. No person shall operate a snowmobile unless such <br /> vehicle is equipped with a red or orange blaze pennant flag of at least <br /> forty (40) square inches in area and displayed at a height of not less <br /> than five (5) feet above the treadway. <br /> Definitzons: <br /> <br /> Recreational Motor Vehicle or R.V.: Means any self-propelled vehicle and <br /> any vehicle propelled or"drawn by a self-propelled vehicle used for <br /> recreational purposes, including but not limited to snowmobiles, trail <br /> bikes or other all terrain vehicles, hovercrafts, or motor vehicle <br /> Zicensed for highway operation which is being used for off-road <br /> recreational purposes. <br /> "Three-wheel off-road vehicle" or "vehicle" means a motorized <br /> flotation-tired vehicle of not less than three low pressure tires, but reot <br /> more than six tires, that is limited in engine displacement of less than <br /> 800 cubic centimeters and total dry weight Iess than 600 pounds. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ~ <br /> 3 <br /> ~ <br />
