Due to the heat load in the space we <br />are proposing to install a Sanyo mini split air conditioning unit <br /> <br />Scope of:work: <br />1. Provide Sanyo 36,000 Btu KHS3072 + C3072r low ambient split system. This is an inverter type compressor which will vary as <br />the load changes4 Jet will install a unit on the waif or in the ceiling grid/plenum. <br />2. Provide electrical hook up. <br />3. Install condensing unit onto the roof. <br />4.. Provide roof cones and sleeper curbs. <br />5.. Provide condensate pump and discharge piping to nearest drain.. <br />6.
