"Purpose of the Site Plan Review is to have City of Arden Hills
grant approval for homeowner to replace existing garage. The
garage and slab are in poor conditions and needs to be
demolished. The garage replacement will be located in middle
of back yard and away from setbacks. We have four existing
trees in the way of the garage replacement. We have identified
2 trees to remain and remove 2 trees. We would replant trees if
required by the Tree Preservation Ordinance. The new garage
vvill be at least 900 square feet. Kitchen expansion through
house addition is being planned in near future."
Filing & Information Requirements
M
The City requests that you make a pre -application meeting with the City Planner to discuss the
application process, requirements, and deadlines.
