We are asking <br />to have a variance granted to allows only a 5 foot setback, thus allowing approximately 5 ` 10" <br />be added to the existing garage. <br />The garage would extend back approximately 46 feet from the front corner and eventually meet <br />the setback requirements for approximately the last third or the garage. This would add an <br />approximate total square footage of 410 square feet of garage space. <br />Additional driveway space would be required to access the additional garage space. An <br />additional 8' by 15' section blended with a gradual curve to the current driveway area, which <br />would most likely be replaced, which is believed to be the original driveway that was put in <br />during the construction of the home. <br />In any of the garage scenarios listed about one tree off the southeast corner of the garage would <br />be removed. All parts of the tree at a height of 4' are less than 10 inches in diameter. <br />
